RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work independently and is responsible for risk management and trading activities.
• Execute transactions in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters.
• Apply knowledge of product area including market liquidity and volatility, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies.
• Drive desk profitability by structuring new issue ideas for clients and managing the global secondary trading business.
• Contribute to the formulation of desk strategies for global business growth, client engagement, risk management framework, and profitability.
• Perform pricing of large incoming client trades from a funding perspective.
• Provide technical and product support to more junior associates.
• Develop, manages and improves key technical and quantitative infrastructure to support the business.
• Monitor changes in the regulatory framework and work with Internal Compliance, Legal and Product Control to ensure adherence to rules, laid down by SEC, FINRA and other relevant regulatory authorities.
• Perform Relative Value Analysis on Structured Notes Deals versus Public Vanilla Benchmarks and execute hedges in the Interest Rate Derivatives market to lock in economics and profits.
• Perform Fundamental Valuation Analysis for Structured Notes utilizing Bloomberg Valuation Tools and pricing models and executing Interest rate swaps and Credit Default Swaps to hedge market risks.
• Assess existing policies on SEC Registered Issuances, Euro MediumTerm Notes, and REGS and ensuring business operates within the framework.
• Utilize data analysis to structure new issuances and secondary trading ideas including switches, extensions, buybacks and restructurings.
• Manage Price Publishing tools, Risk Analytics, Exception reports, and Price Validation/Testing utilizing public Interest Rate and Credit market to provide daily pricing and assess tradeable bids.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
• Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:
• Performing Relative Value Analysis on Structured Notes Deals versus Public Vanilla Benchmarks and execute hedges in the Interest Rate Derivatives market to lock in economics and profits;
• Performing Fundamental Valuation Analysis for Structured Notes utilizing Bloomberg Sensitivity: Confidential Valuation Tools and pricing models and executing Interest rate swaps and Credit Default Swaps to hedge market risks;

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$300,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
