This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development, improvement, and execution of processes in support of the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Infrastructure Operational Resiliency Team objective within or across lines of business
- Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices
- Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements
- Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions
- Administers JIRA , maintains/updates project plans, runs project meetings and communicates project status
- This work includes project management of action steps for Self-Identified Issues used to close gaps between current recovery times and MTD requirements
- End-to-end Program/Project Management of large programs/projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications
- Create and execute project plans that include interdependencies across the Enterprise
- Ability to translate requirements into executable project plans while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Standards
- Plans and coordinates project deliverables across multiple service providers in support of project requirements
- Responsible for communicating and navigating across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders and managing the necessary forums and steering groups to support the work
- Ability to identify and report risks and issues without hesitation to leadership for roundtable acknowledgment and solutioning
- Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in relatable field, Jira, Project Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Facilitates discussions to identify and manage risks and remove roadblocks
- Provides transparency through the identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks
- Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues
- Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business executives on deliverables, timelines and support needed
