Process Overview
Fraud, Claims and Consumer Credit Assistance Technology (FCCAT) team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Consumer Operations lines of business. The team's goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth. The team delivers technology through robust and scalable applications developed on various platforms
Integrated Case Management (ICM) is the target enterprise platform for all case creation and tracking across various lines of business in the bank. Further goal is adoption of Integrated Case Management (ICM) for Claims in Consumer Credit / Debit, Small Business & Large Commercial Card spaces using established Enterprise Case Management (ECM) architecture. ICM enables end to end visibility of claims status and increases efficiency and accuracy of claims processing. Once the ICM platform is ready, retire dependency on legacy Claims fulfillment systems and migrate functionality to target state platform.
Job Description
The identified individual will work on multiple applications areas within FCCAT QA group, contributing to test development and management. He/she will also be responsible for a host of functions including technical solutioning for QA, test automation, application risk management, testing approvals, managing stakeholder expectations (dev, BA, PO, CIO, manager and peer group) and test execution.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in day-day operations for the assigned tasks. With limited direction, works to introduce to a variety of systems and processes, where required, to assist delivery of testing artifacts.
- Work with multiple stakeholders at Delivery Head and CIO level for test delivery and drive operational engagement as well as strategic discussion including but not limited to understanding of functional area, test planning, approach, development and execution.
- Works to provide the AIT test strategy, documentation and evidence for testing MRA. Develops test strategies for consistency and policy gaps
- Supports automation script development and the optimization of regression scripts.
- Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with application teams to strategize & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
- Leverages relationships with SLT team to escalate/resolve critical testing issues adversely impacting BACI
- Contributes to BACI level pillars and imperatives, like Opex (operational excellence), Innovation, engineering excellence and employee engagement
- Establishes and documents routines for new onboarding of BACI resources (KT, system access, operational procedures)
- Works to build consistent automation framework standards, Selenium/BDD adoption, automated test execution
- Works to document / prioritize test data pain points horizontally across applications.
- Helps with data collection and reporting for QA KPI's. Evaluates opportunities for improved reporting, metrics, and provides for reviews.
- Works to refine QA processes and support offshore agile scrum teams to drive better test efficiency
- Facilitates Resource proficiency development, strategic learning plan (SLP) and relevant training within the group.
- Mentor and guide resources on both technical and non-technical competencies.
- Participates in strategy evolution;
- Accountable for compliance to standards and procedures (Risk, Financial & Change Governance)
- Work seamlessly on large transformational programs which might be multi-generational and include multiple waves and work streams. Collaborates with other peer groups to establish plans and objectives for a functional area, division, product group.
- Build strong partnership with Global teams and Support partners.
- Identify and track potential issues /risks/challenges / dependencies and put in place mitigation mechanisms
- Innovate with Impact: develop POVs, Pilots and solutions that will enhance customer experience

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, MBA or equivalent degree is plus
- Certification if Any: NA
Experience:
- 12 - 15 Years
Foundational Skills:
- Has foundational knowledge in one or more of automation testing tools - Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, SOATest.
- Basic programming knowledge in any one of core Java, VbScript, Python etc
- Strong experience using Cucumber and BDD processes.
- Strong technical individual contributor in applications testing with proven record of having delivered in a multi-tiered environment.
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and present ideas on strategy related to automation and functional testing
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with an ability to influence and efficiently handle conflicts. Coach, Mentor and Guide team leaders and team members.
- Passion to work with associates and grow their technical competencies.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and project management skills
- Experience in creating and executing plans for transformational initiatives.
- Must have hands on technology background and be able to personally engage with key programs
- Must have practical experience delivering solutions to Agile models, automated testing
