Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate access activities including conferences, NDR, tours and bespoke trips
  • Lead APAC conferences and corporate days including event planning and marketing, corporate invitations and liaisons, meeting scheduling and onsite event management (both virtual and in person)
  • Work closely with Sales and Analyst teams in developing and delivering corporate access activities
  • Work with regional Corporate Access team members on APAC and Global corporate access activities
  • Arrange all travel logistics including booking of venues and relevant transportation

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience working in Corporate Access from the sell side or buy side
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment
  • Independent self-starter but can work as part of the regional and global team
  • A problem solver and a team player
  • A strong communicator interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented, independent, and reliable with strong excel and organizational skills
