We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage engineering teams that develop video systems and enterprise video solutions.
  • Manage Tier 4 O&M support for Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) / Video Operations Center (VOC)
  • Manage incidents and changes assigned to the team using ServiceNow
  • Manage all video engineering and VTC services throughout client's enterprise, both CONUS and OCONUS
  • Manage a team of engineers with advanced video engineering skills
  • Gather and vet requirements in ServiceNow and the requirements portal
  • Schedule and lead meetings with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Manage projects in Jira using agile framework
  • Use Jira and Confluence to create/manage epics, issues, tasks, webpages, and blogs to drive requirements, projects, and communications
  • Provide briefings and reports in-person and via Skype to client and contractor leadership on projects broken down into sprint cycles
  • Conduct project closeout/lessons learned meetings with teams and stakeholders
  • Manage accreditation process for video systems using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Rapid 7, RoadRunner, and GreenLight
  • Assist engineers and architectural plans and designs for video systems in preparation for assessment and approval from the INFOSEC Program Council (IPC)
  • Manage/maintain inventory for Branch's video equipment
  • Manage/lead spring planning meetings to assign and track tasks for sprint cycles

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

The right candidate will have a minimum of 11 years' of work experience. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following...

  • Experience managing large enterprise projects in an Agile environment.
  • Experience creating, analyzing and briefing out the board's reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience with video engineering network

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
