Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager to lead integration and testing supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Common Access Platform. This facility supports the DoD Cyber Mission Force. The successful candidate will serve at the Fort Meade Maryland site. This position is contingent upon award.

The Test & Evaluation Manager is a key position. They will supervise and manage all aspects of test and evaluation teams to perform all tasks essential to support of the JCAP. Primary responsibilities include team supervision and direction; test design, execution, coordination, scheduling, resourcing, de-confliction; and stakeholder engagement under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager. The position also evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies; assesses, designs, and conceptualizes test scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools and other state-of-the-art technologies related to test and evaluation requirements. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports recommending enterprise and site improvements. Conducts integration and test and provides onsite support to Government formal and informal test events. Test and evaluation must be automated to the maximum extent possible by defining tests up front, with tight alignment of Government and vendor testers. This position supports the program and all other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 10 years of Software manual and automated testing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Government Contracting
  • Demonstrated experience leading small and specialized teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex systems test events.
  • High degree of organization and communications skills
  • DoD 8570.01M/ IAM-II certification within 6 months of assignment to position (CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP (or Associate)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master's Degree in a STEM subject, particularly systems engineering, software engineering, or cybersecurity
  • Expert experience leading small, specialized teams
  • Expert experience leading complex systems test events.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a software test environment.
  • IAT level III (CISA, GSE, SCNA, GCIH, CISSP (or Associate)) or IAM Level III (GSLC, CISM, CISSP (or Associate))

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $136620 - $232210

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
