We are seeking to hire Journeyman Operator (JO) - SIERRA - Level 2

This candidate will perform 24/7 operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest. The EO shall mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce the program's training and operational TTPs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Minimum of two years of applicable operational experience within the past five years, specifically performing geolocation operations within the Department of Defense (DOD) or Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
  • Successful completion of a 60-day certification training program upon starting.
  • Passive Geolocation Certification.
  • Successful completion of the Intermediate (451) or Advanced (452) Signals Analysis Course.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Certification in geolocation techniques from customer training programs.
  • Prior military and/or government experience.
  • Successful completion of NCS Cryptologic Skills course or military equivalent courses.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500 - $138600

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
