You will work with various parties within Avanade to accomplish this, these include: Consultants, Sales, Practices Leads, Schedulers from other regions, Regional Resource Lead, Director of Operations.

What you'll do:
• Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
• Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
• Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
• Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
• Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
• Coordinate cross-regional assignments and track consultant certifications Skills and experiencesss
• Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
• Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
