What you'll do:

* Lead regional sales, pipeline development, complex channel management, deal shaping and ongoing sales effectiveness

* Build, manage, and orchestrate direct and indirect GTM and sales efforts with both Microsoft and Accenture
* Act as the functional lead for sales professionals and lead and drive the sales practice
* Ensure best practice leverage of GTM assets and resources across the Regional Sales Practice to support sales success
* Define, align, implement, and evolve regional sales practice development strategy
* Manage and assess performance of regional sales team, in line with agreed plans and KPIs

Skills and experiences

* Senior executive leadership, excellent communication skills, strong sales and sales leadership track record
* Ability to build a strong sales culture, drive engagement, strengthen I&D efforts and attract and retain top talent
* Sales Leadership of senior sales professionals and sales coaching ability to support both sellers and deals
* Executive presence with a focus on achieving regional metrics
* Strategic deal and client relationship experience, gravitas, and impact to drive continuous value
* Deep expertise in technology and solutions, with a proven track record operating in complex settings
* Experience hitting financial targets, owning budgets, coaching, shaping, developing and leading sales professionals

Skills and Experience:
* Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business
* Likely has 10+ years' experience in Sales such as Solutions Sales or Management Consulting, and relevant experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in Global technology consulting/professional services organizations

* Experience building or scaling a sales organization within a region, hitting financial targets, owning budgets, coaching, shaping, developing and leading sales professionals

* Deep experience in understanding complex matrixed organizations and developing successful collaboration plans across organizations to deliver business growth

* Ideally lives in a major metro in one of the 14 states that this business serves: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
