What you'll do
* programming and technical development (contribute to basic front-end development using technologies such as JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, and CSS to implement client-focused CRM solutions)
* system design and configuration (assist in building data models, configuring automated workflows, and optimizing UI elements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform)
* dashboards and reporting (support the creation of dashboards and reports based on Dynamics 365 components, providing insights that enhance decision-making)
* client interaction and consulting (participate in client-focused activities, help identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to streamline and automate processes)
* quality assurance and troubleshooting (collaborate with the team to test and validate CRM functionalities, ensuring reliable performance and effective issue resolution)
* documentation and knowledge sharing (contribute to documentation including user guides, configuration steps, and project updates to support future maintenance and development)
* project support (participate in project meetings, share feedback, and assist in technical problem-solving and requirements gathering)
* gaining hands-on experience with CRM technologies (develop practical skills across CRM implementation and support while contributing to productivity and innovation in real-world projects).
Skills and experiences
* For a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) intern, the most valuable skills to develop combine technical knowledge of CRM platforms with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities. This includes familiarity with data modeling, UI design, process automation, and front-end development basics.
* An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform is especially beneficial.
* Practical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or .NET, C# help support business logic customization and user interface enhancements.
* Soft skills like communication, consulting, and collaboration are crucial for client interactions and project success.
* Hands-on experience creating dashboards, configuring workflows, and participating in solution design is also welcome.

* You live in Portugal, you speak Portuguese (English is also needed)
* You're willing to do a hybrid job (our office is Lisbon based)
* You have a degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Management, Industrial Engineering field
* You have teamwork and adaptability
* You definitely have a deep passion for technology
* Your internships or academic experience in technology projects are always welcome.
