Enhance the value of Avanade/Accenture resale with demonstrable additional pull-through service opportunities driven through deep insights of clients spending and strategy.
Represent Avanade/Accenture at partner conferences and technical events showcasing our outcomes and results achieved for our clients.
Skills and experiences
Advocate for Cloud & Partner resale in pre-sales activities, personal connection and regular meetings with client technology leadership (CIO/CTO) demonstrating expert understanding of partners' solutions and service/subscription.
Showcase incremental value of Customer Success in client orals and sales meetings.
Own post-sale recommendations to clients, use best practices and partner insights to make insightful recommendations that optimize existing estates to reduce cost, optimize usage, and increase efficiency.
Build strong connections and credentials ourselves with our Partners in market technical organizations, actively promote joint-wins & client success at local events and conferences speaking on behalf of Avanade / Accenture
Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell, elevate our status with partner through early renewals of commitments/extensions of contracts, extending spending new solutions
