What you'll do:
* Collaborate closely with Avanade and client teams to delineate business and technical processes aimed at achieving client objectives.
* Lead and manage development team members, both onshore, offshore, and client-based, in adhering to Agile Team Practices to deliver tasks effectively.
* Provide leadership, support, mentorship, and constructive feedback to development team members, ensuring the maintenance of impeccable code quality.
* Ensure adherence to Avanade and client standards, with a keen focus on risk management protocols.
* Develop innovative cloud-based solutions within the Endur ecosystem, leveraging modern development methodologies and Azure DevOps.
* Architect, develop, and automate features and services to drive enterprise-scale systems and tackle intricate business challenges head-on.
* Implement robust APIs, Microservices, and scalable solutions, seamlessly integrating external systems with a strong emphasis on security and performance optimization.
Skills and experiences:
* Proficiency in Endur software development or similar energy trading platforms.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, or Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
* Extensive experience in service development, encompassing the creation of web applications and APIs leveraging ASP.NET and Azure cloud services.
* In-depth knowledge of cloud-native application architecture, including expertise in Azure compute, storage, and PaaS services such as App Services and Azure Functions.
* Solid grasp of database management, including SQL Server/Azure SQL and Entity Framework, coupled with expertise in relational database modeling.
* Proficiency in DevOps practices, including Git and Azure DevOps.
* Familiarity with design patterns and software methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and SOLID principles.
