Role: Customer Success Engagement Intern
Role Overview: Are you passionate about new technology and eager to make a difference? Join our customer success team in the Office of the CTO as an intern! In this role, you'll work closely with our Customer Success and Commercialization team to position our innovative technology solutions with client needs, understand business problems, and gather and synthesize client feedback. You'll play a key part in building pitch decks, engaging in client conversations, and managing relationships from an interlock perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Positioning: Help position our technology solutions to meet client needs and address their business problems.
Feedback Management: Gather and synthesize feedback from both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet their needs.

Pitch Decks and Client Conversations: Assist in building pitch decks and engaging in client conversations to effectively communicate the value of our technology products.
Relationship Management: Start engaging with clients from an interlock perspective, ensuring alignment and successful execution of client engagements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of client engagements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in new technology and innovation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
Strong organizational and networking skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in a technology-related field.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience with project management or coordination.
Pay Rate: $25/Hour
