What You'll Do
Sell big, creative world-changing ideas, both internally and to clients
Use consumer behavior and human-centered design to drive creativity
Build trust and brand equity with clients, partners and internal teams
Understand clients' brands and how to solve their business problems
Provide creative leadership on the strategic accounts to ensure creative quality is of the highest bar
Design creative team structure, processes, working models in alignment with Avanade X
Drive growth and development plans for the creative team
Align our creative practice capabilities to our Microsoft, Sitecore and Adobe implementations
Skills & Experience
Proven design experience and a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design principles and solutions
Expertise in customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) disciplines such as information architecture, research, usability and content strategy
Experience providing inspirational and motivational leadership to people and teams
Experience in a technical consultancy/digital agency is an asset, although not required

Deep industry knowledge covering one or more of our primary industries such as Health Care, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present at the highest levels of leadership
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams to transfer creative ideation and design to client deliverables
Ability to plan and execute for strategic growth
