The Director, Client Solutions Lead - Business Applications (ERP & CRM Focus) is a strategic regional leadership role responsible for localizing and executing Avanade's global and area-level business application strategies across Indonesia. With deep expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), this leader combines commercial insight, technical fluency, and industry depth to drive high-impact engagements and accelerate business growth.
This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering C-suite-level conversations that elevate Avanade's role from technology implementer to strategic transformation partner. The successful candidate will confidently advise executives on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to modernize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
• Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership:
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CFOs, CXOs, and Chief Customer Officers, by articulating how ERP and CRM solutions address strategic business priorities. Drive transformation conversations that connect Microsoft technologies to enterprise value creation.
• Regional GTM Execution:
Translate Area GTM priorities into actionable regional plans. Drive execution of ERP and CRM initiatives across Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Focus on increasing pipeline quality, accelerating deal velocity, and improving win rates in priority industries such as public sector, FSI, manufacturing, and retail.
• ERP & CRM Portfolio Leadership:
Lead the market positioning and continuous improvement of Avanade's ERP and CRM portfolio, tailoring offerings to Indonesian market demands. Shape client[1]centric propositions that combine Microsoft technologies with Avanade's consulting and delivery strengths.
• Sales Enablement & Complex Deal Support:
Collaborate with solution architects and account teams to deliver compelling value propositions, sales plays, and pursuit strategies. Provide direct support on strategic pursuits, particularly those requiring senior stakeholder alignment or industry[1]specific business cases.
• Partner Ecosystem Collaboration:
Deepen strategic alignment with Microsoft and ISV partners, co-creating campaigns and solution bundles that expand market reach and improve co-sell outcomes. Leverage Microsoft's investments and ecosystem strengths to drive competitive advantage.
• Data-Driven Campaign & Pipeline Performance:
Lead regionally tailored campaigns that generate and nurture leads across ERP and CRM lines. Apply insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, ensure ROI, and scale what works.
• Market & Client Insight Leadership:
Act as the voice of the client and market, channeling insights on technology adoption, buyer behaviors, and competitive dynamics into global offering, marketing, and delivery teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• ERP & CRM Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain) and CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), including value articulation, solution architecture, and implementation lifecycle.
Executive Presence & Communication:
Proven ability to engage and influence at the C-level, simplifying complex concepts and connecting technology to business imperatives.
Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen:
Ability to connect global strategy with local execution, and commercial fluency to shape offerings that resonate with business buyers.
Partner-Led GTM:
Skilled in driving growth through strategic partnerships, particularly with Microsoft, and embedding ecosystem value into local GTM plans.
• Performance Orientation:
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize GTM performance, campaign effectiveness, and portfolio health.
Education, Certifications, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution sales, or GTM leadership roles, with a strong focus on ERP and CRM.

• Experience advising and engaging with executive stakeholders to shape digital transformation agendas.

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
