Job Description:
[MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Avanade Inc. seeks CE Solution Developer - Managers in Houston, TX to work as thought leaders and solution architects on large-scale, complex implementations. Duties include: working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform; leading and reviewing your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test); directing efforts to define technical, operational, and user requirements; liaising effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues; researching customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions; designing conceptual architecture and technical solutions; ensuring project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan; owning partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery; ensuring off-shore resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately; performing sales activities and planning as required; and leading continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic and international) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Houston, TX.

Basic Qualifications:
The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Business Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field, plus at least eight (8) years of experience as a CE Solution Developer - Manager, or in a similar role in an IT or IT consulting environment. A qualified applicant's experience must include: 7 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code for Sales and Customer Service functionality; 8 years of experience developing client-based and/or web-based software solutions; 8 years of experience performing application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design; 8 years of experience working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and Microsoft .NET; 3 years of experience using Azure; 4 years of experience using programing languages such as JavaScript and C#; 4 years of experience in Data Integration using Microsoft SSIS and/or Azure Integration Services; and Microsoft Certified professional in at least 1 certification related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform.
