As a Territory Adoption Specialist within the Autodesk Emerging Business organization, retaining and expanding our construction customers is one of our most important tasks. Within Emerging Business Customer Success, we understand that enabling continuous adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers' desired business outcomes is critical to building lasting relationships with our customers and ultimately driving revenue for Emerging Business.

Reporting to the Territory Adoption Manager is a key role to driving retention of our most at-risk accounts by providing guidance and resources directly to customers or by supporting our partners. You will be the main driver for product adoption, expanding your network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analyzing patterns of successful customers. Managing a portfolio of a few hundred customers and interacting directly with customers via phone and email, you will drive the success of your customers by aligning their objectives.

You Will:

  • Accurately assess a customer's level of risk for retention and renewal using various digital assessment tools and reports
  • Organize target accounts according to pre-defined priority criteria
  • Proactively call customers that are at risk
  • Ensure that customers drive maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal and collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily
  • Use Salesforce to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
  • Help customers had adopt a new features or changes in the product.
  • Guide a customer through a significant change or transition in their use of your product?
  • You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You will need to speak fluent English
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 4 years customer success, renewals, or inside-sales experience (individual contributor role)
  • Understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations
  • Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level agreement
  • Experience managing time on customer calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach
  • Construction software knowledge
