In this role, you will be a Sr Product Manager for Workspaces (Hubs & Projects) in our Architecture, Engineering & Construction org. Workspaces are where our customers set up their workflows, data & users to create schools, stadiums, airports, hospitals, data centers, factories, etc. They are the backbone of Autodesk's Design & Make Platform.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with 1-2 scrum teams
- Leading all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders (both pre- and post-launch) to ensure product success
- Deliver a consistent, intuitive workspace setup flow for all Autodesk products
- Launch public APIs for create, read, update, and deletion of workspaces
- Launch workspaces that support Autodesk's regionalization efforts
- Introduce tools to help Admins configure their workspaces (eg custom properties, business units, settings)
- Take new features you envision from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including a marketing plan, field enablement, and broad customer adoption across all our segments
- Bring insights about the workspace administrator persona, our customers, and the market at large to the engineering and leadership team by working closely with our customers and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B Product Management experience
- Results focused, with a bias towards MVP, incremental launches and measurement of success
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills, with examples of succinct & accurate written requirements and clear mockups/prototypes
- Motivated to grow, collaborate & build trust in a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building software products for administrator personas and/or purchaser personas
- Experience or educational background in construction / civil engineering
- Experience or educational background in computer science / software engineering
- Experience in administration of b2b software such as Salesforce

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
