We are seeking a Software Engineer who has experience developing interfaces to integrations to join our team today.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of plugins for the platform that are used for integrating with external systems.
- Involved with all aspects of software development, working to create and maintain the most reliable, secure and performant service for our customers.
- Contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to leadership, team members and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in computer science, related technology field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years experience
- You have hands-on experience with development and maintenance of applications and unit tests to a high quality
- Unit testing, end-to-end testing, and test-driven development experience
- Experience with JavaScript in Node.js
- Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps
- Experience with GIT or equivalent version control system
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins.
- Detail oriented approach to building secure, stable, software

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing in containerised environments (such as docker)
- Experience with associated tools such as Postman, IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio Code)
- Experience with integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) offerings
- Experience using Linux and an understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with other interface types (GraphQL, MQTT etc)
- Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban
- In depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
- Experience using REST APIs
