Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence, platform scalability, and user-centric design. This role involves communications, KPI tracking, operations, change management, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate combines a product-oriented mindset with operational rigor and communications excellence. They will manage platform enhancements that span internal tools and stakeholder-facing interfaces, ensuring exceptional user experience, engagement, and alignment with strategic goals. The Program Manager will manage projects and programs impacting internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing clear communications, agile operations, and measurable outcomes.

The Partner Success & Services Programs team aims to scale customer success motions and best-in-class services through our extensive Partner network, leading to increased account coverage, higher retention rates, and more loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Management: Oversee the design and execution of key operational programs across business units, develop and manage project plans and dashboards to track progress, and streamline workflows while establishing governance processes for consistency
  • Communications: Create communication strategies to enhance program awareness and adoption, develop tailored messaging and updates for internal audiences, and collaborate with internal communications teams to maximize impact across channels
  • Data & KPI Management: Establish and track KPIs to measure program success and optimize planning by maintaining infrastructure for program tracking, reporting, and collaboration
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong cross-functional relationships to guide teams through transformations and work collaboratively
  • Operational Excellence: Identify process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and enable teams to scale effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably in operations, communications, or tech/SaaS environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing or building in Airtable (advanced proficiency strongly preferred) or similar project/collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
  • Proven ability to develop communication plans, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in change management, business operations, and KPI reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into concise messaging
  • Self-starter with a track record of leading programs autonomously and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Confluence, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and frameworks

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
