Senior Partner Business Consultant

• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drives pipeline strategy and forecast accuracy across assigned partners, using advanced analytics to inform planning and execution

• Execution & Enablement: Lead complex growth and transformation initiatives

Strong acumen for influencing partner capabilities and operating models

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage senior partner executives as a strategic advisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Business & Strategic Acumen: Deep expertise in partner-led enterprise growth with a strong strategic judgment.

• Forecasting: Strong knowledge of and experience with the full spectrum of forecasting methods. Takes a leadership role on policies, strategy and best practices for complex forecasting.

• Analytical & Operational Skills: Ability to operate across ambiguity and scale. Expertise managing complex initiatives.

• Executive Communication & Influence: Executive-level communication and facilitation. Strong influencing skills.

Collaboration Requirements:

• Leads cross-functional partner strategy alignment • Coaches and mentors junior consultants

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Germany based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between 113,250 EUR and 166,100 EUR. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
