Position Overview:As a Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing at Autodesk, you will be developing and executing successful global field marketing strategies. You will lead regional marketing teams, drive demand generation, and enhance customer engagement via thoughtful, in-person event execution. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and support overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities (Top 5):What You Will Do:• Lead and manage a high performing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals• Develop and implement comprehensive global field marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives• Drive demand generation activities, including events, webinars, and campaigns, to generate leads and support sales efforts• Collaborate with content teams to develop and localize marketing materials that resonate with regional audiences• Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and other field marketing activitiesMinimum Qualifications (Top 10):• Proven ability to hire, manage, and inspire a high performing team with the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment • Proven experience in developing and executing successful global field marketing strategies• Strong understanding of field marketing principles and best practices• Strong skills in creating and executing demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition and conversion• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)• Experience in planning and executing large-scale events, webinars, and trade shows to engage prospects and customers• Proven ability to develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training programs to support the sales team in effectively engaging with prospects• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with regional marketing teams, sales, and product marketing to ensure campaign alignment and success

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $127,600 and $206,360. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
