Position Overview
As a Senior Experience Designer, you work autonomously on complex, system-level problems with broad impact. You lead design initiatives that advance product strategy and customer outcomes while modeling best practices across research, design, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will champion the implementation of our internal tooling and platform for Customer Success employees and related business units, with a particular focus on the next-generation Customer Success Platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting success planning services, including contributing to the release of new features as part of the Success Offerings program. By leveraging your design acumen, you will ensure seamless integration and user experience across these solutions.

You are a proactive thought partner to product and engineering, influencing roadmaps and bringing clarity to ambiguity. This role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution, anchored in One Orbit values.

Responsibilities
- Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces with varying levels of fidelity to communicate with peers and partners
- Use insights derived from analytics and customer interactions to help inform business, research, and design decisions
- Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
- Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across interactions, and third-party technologies to support both employee and customer experiences
- Work closely and effectively with product management, engineering, UX research, service designers, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product development and services
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional UX design experience
- Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional product teams
- Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
- Experience shaping design strategy in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Track record of delivering impactful experiences that scale across users and markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading design in enterprise, data-rich, or multi-surface environments
- Prior work with complex domains or workflows (e.g., design & manufacturing, media & entertainment, AEC)
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
