Position Overview
We're seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, GTM Platforms to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our SalesTech and MarTech, platforms. This role plays a critical part in enabling our revenue teams to drive growth, engagement, and retention through scalable, data-driven systems. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, to deliver impactful solutions across the customer lifecycle.
You'll work with teammates across the globe and will travel up to 15% of the time for face-to-face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and team visits. We prefer for this role to be hybrid to our San Francisco office. If not in the Bay Area, the travel could be up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmaps across SalesTech and MarTech with an emphasis on leveraging AI for smarter automation, personalization, and insights.
- Attract, scale, and retain a team of high performing team of Product Managers to land impact across a geographically disperse team of internal partners and stakeholders
- Translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities, prioritizing automation, integration, and usability
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI/ML (e.g., predictive scoring, intelligent routing, generative content, churn prediction) across the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing operations) to align on goals and requirements
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, development, testing, launch, and iteration. Guide the ethical and responsible use of AI across GTM platforms
- Define and monitor success metrics tied to efficiency, adoption, engagement, and business impact
- Manage and optimize third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and integrations
- Champion user experience, AI-driven experimentation and advocate for GTM teams in product decisions
- Ensure system compliance, scalability, and data integrity across all customer-facing platforms
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally across multiple GTM domains (SalesTech and MarTech)
- 3+ year of experience in product management leadership positions either directly or via relevant consulting work
- Experience scaling and retaining high functioning product management teams
- Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, etc.
- Proven ability to define and execute cross-functional product strategies at scale.
- Experience working with technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical details in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Experience with revenue operations or GTM systems teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks (e.g., JTBD, dual-track agile)
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or similar)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $207,400 and $335,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
