Are you ready to shape the future of design and engineering technology? Autodesk is seeking a visionary Sales Manager to lead our Mid Market Sales team across the Nordics, Benelux, and Baltics. This is your opportunity to drive revenue growth, foster innovation, and transform our sales strategy in one of our most dynamic regions. In this role you will report into the Director of Design & Manufacturing Mid Market Northern Europe.
Position Overview
As the Sales Manager for Mid Market Sales, you'll spearhead a succesful team responsible for accelerating Autodesk's growth with our most strategic customers. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving and surpassing our ambitious quarterly Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets, while ensuring we meet critical business goals across billings, token consumption, and other key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Visionary Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute cutting-edge sales strategies that win new business and drive expansion.
• Inspire and guide your team to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Provide mentorship and coaching, empowering your team to maximize their potential and that of their extended networks.
• Lead high-stakes meetings with customer executives, showcasing thought leadership and navigating complex negotiations.
Transformational Change Management
• Spearhead a complex transformation by crafting a clear, inspirational vision of our future state.
• Cultivate a positive culture that embraces a growth mindset and innovative ways of working.
• Keep your team motivated and engaged while deepening both new and existing customer relationships.
Strategic Business Management
• Deliver highly accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Contribute strategic insights to shape Autodesk's business planning for Mid Market Accounts
• Drive the adoption of Autodesk's standard processes and tools, while continuously recommending improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Forge strong relationships across Autodesk's global organization to leverage technical expertise and thought leadership.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between Mid Market Sales and other key departments, including Product Teams, Technical Teams, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success.
• Translate customer needs into actionable insights that influence Autodesk's platform development and product direction.
Qualifications
• 3+ Years sales leadership experience inspiring high-performing sales teams.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise sales targets in the technology industry (10+ years combined with sales leadership).
• Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
. Business fluency in English is needed, nordic or baltic language skills are a plus
• Strong regional & market knowledge
