Position Overview
The Renewals Specialist for Territory/Strategy is responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing renewals opportunities within the Territory region. This role primarily works to drive renewals and expansion through direct customer engagement, close partner engagement and day to day monitoring and management.
This will be a hybrid position in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Opportunity Pipelines and Forecast Management for Territory accounts
- May drive partner forecasting for territory business in some regions
- Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure
- Serves as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention, and it is responsible to drive risk mitigation execution
- Identifies customer upsell and expansion opportunities
- Sales results reporting and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product.
- Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, Territory sales and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performance

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years sales/renewals experience
- Proven ability to negotiate $10k+ complex sales/renewals deals
- Working knowledge of SFDC
- Complexity: works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgement in solution
- Negotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customer and partners
- Influencing: Able to influence partners in driving the right renewals outcome

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $80,000 and $115,830. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
