Position Overview
As a Project Manager of the Support Strategic Realization Team (SSRT) at Autodesk, you will manage and drive the enablement for the support departments and oversee projects that drive efficiency to both internal and external customers. You will focus on maintaining project management standards and will collaborate with support (CTS and GCO) leaders to develop roll out strategies and ensure the successful delivery of support projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with support leaders to create and execute strategies that align with Autodesk CTS and GCO's objectives and ensure that the Support team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet expected goals
- Solve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situations
- Apply creativity in recommending variations in approach, connecting the dots of assignments to the bigger picture, showing strong critical thinking skills
- Create and maintain documentations for project management within the support department and ensure consistency and adherence to established guidelines
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time by coordinating efforts across different teams and monitoring project progress. Provide updates and reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders (Product Management, Sales, Enablement, Engineering, etc.) providing day-to-day contact on projects status and changes

Minimum Qualifications
- Capable of managing and delivering complex global projects on time and reporting clear ROI
- In-depth understanding of Autodesk technology platforms including CRM, RPA automation, and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex, technical concepts in an understandable manner
- Strong change management skills to drive adoption of new project management standards and support technologies within an organization
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Three or more years of project management experience
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
