Position Overview

As an EMEA Partner Program Manager at Autodesk, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating programs and projects aimed at growing Autodesk's business through its ecosystem of partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these programs and initiatives, supporting our partners, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive increased partner engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead and manage various partner programs and projects across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with Autodesk's strategic goals
  • Partner Support: Provide comprehensive support to Autodesk's partners, facilitating their success and growth within our ecosystem
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partner-related initiatives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive partner engagement, foster strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze program performance, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure continued success
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for partner programs, aligning with Autodesk's broader business objectives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably within a partner ecosystem or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer success strategies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve program performance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
