We are seeking a talented and passionate Knowledge Engineer to join our Content Experience Platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and evolving the core infrastructure and systems that underpin Autodesk's vast content ecosystem.

You will work closely with content strategists, content creators, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure our content experiences are scalable, reliable, and performant. Your focus will be on establishing the right foundational elements within our knowledge platform to support the growing scale and complexity of our content delivery, Location: Bengaluru, IN (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • maintain the knowledge platform architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Manage knowledge graph technologies, semantic models, and ontologies to structure and connect our content effectively
  • Collaborate with content strategists and information architects to understand content models and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure the platform supports advanced content discovery, search, and recommendation capabilities
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the knowledge platform and content delivery systems
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices for content management and delivery
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in knowledge engineering, semantic web, and content management systems
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure the knowledge platform adheres to security standards and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a related role with a focus on knowledge management or content platforms
  • Strong understanding of knowledge graph concepts, semantic web technologies
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content delivery networks (CDNs)
  • Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr).
  • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques relevant to knowledge management
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Understanding of information architecture principles and content strategy
