Position Overview
You will support the development, coordination and management of Autodesk's Partners across EMEA working with select Marketing Agencies to maximize the business impact of marketing programs and campaigns.
Responsible for generation of marketing influenced new business, lead generation and local marketing content driving alignment and amplification of Autodesk's strategic priorities within the assigned partners.
We ask that you have a full understanding of how to apply marketing strategies together with our channel partners to build business growth. Working with external Marketing Agencies and team members (predominantly partners sales organization, Autodesk growth and global industry marketing teams) to drive marketing led partner success & developing the best marketing in collaboration with partners.

You will report to Senior Manager, Partner Marketing.
Location: Any Location in EMEA

Responsibilities
- Drive alignment and amplification of Autodesk's marketing within the assigned partners.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with partners by demonstrating an understanding of the partners business.
- Develop relationships with partner managers and strategic teams to drive partner success and developing the best marketing with our partners.
- Innovate and influence senior levels in our partners, plus the ability to consult and support tactically at the point of marketing execution.
- We ask that you have a blend of marketing acumen applied to business development with our partners.
- Implement campaigns to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
- Support partner marketing planning process including quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Review Sales/POS/ Promotions analysis to provide strategic, actionable recommendations for channel offerings, demand and campaign planning.
- Create communications with channel partners to drive awareness of campaigns, product updates, and business news
- Increase partner marketing capability through marketing training.
- Support Autodesk marketing compliance through our partners to increase alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional work experience, managing Partners and Marketing Agencies in an international environment.
- Demand generation, growth marketing experience.
- Experience building and driving locally relevant marketing initiatives, content and campaigns.
- Preferred to have existing relationship, connections with Autodesk partner ecosystem in EMEA.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing budgets.
- Innovation Management: Identify and bring ideas to the market by managing the creative and implementation process.
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as business or marketing.
- Travel is required 20% of time.
