Position Overview

We're looking for people who are passionate about changing the world of manufacturing and eager to help our customers unlock new levels of productivity and creativity. As a Fusion Account Executive for the UK/I region, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission, driving growth by connecting clients with solutions that change the way they work and succeed.

Responsabilities

• Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth
• Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market
• Own your quarterly forecasts and be a crucial driver of our sales strategy
• Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion
• Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life
• Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
• A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals
• 3+ years of direct or indirect sales experience including prospecting, winning new logos & expanding accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively
• A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field
