Position Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. Skilled in value-based selling and C-Suite engagement, you will manage key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, deliver business outcomes, and ensure customer success. This is a field-based role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.


  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into long-term customer success.


  • Build strong executive relationships with key stakeholders.


  • Orchestrate teams of experts to inspire and support customers.


  • Collaborate across functions to accelerate results.


  • Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving measurable value.

Experience & Values

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying, field-based sales of complex solutions.


  • Skilled in value-based and consultative selling (TAS, outcome-focused).


  • Proven track record in growing complex accounts.


  • Comfortable operating at C-Suite level.


  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and trusted to deliver impact.


  • Proactive focus on accountability, execution, and outcomes.
