Position Overview

Autodesk is changing the Design and Manufacturing Industry with Fusion, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing. We are a team that is passionate about Fusion and how it can dramatically improve our customers workflows and change the manufacturing industry. As the primary Account Executive in your territory, you will lead customers through their buying process, leveraging technical sales reps and the implementation team to demonstrate how Fusion Operations can address the business challenges you have discovered in the customers' manufacturing, and production processes. You will be excited to take on the challenge of growing the Fusion Operations business within our Territory & Mid-Market Account base, and able to demonstrate determination and creativity. This job is assigned a sales quota and your performance is measured by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets. In this hybrid position you will report to the regional Sr Sales Manager and will collaborate with our ecosystem of implementation specialists, partners, technical sales, client services, and marketeers, to achieve growth within their accounts through new and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You will Generate new and expand Fusion Operations business within Territory & Mid-Market Accounts through strategic outbound prospecting and driving high impact/value-based sales opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and take accountability of pipeline and opportunity hygiene in our SFDC CRM tool
  • Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Autodesk's territory and mid-market teams, channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and implementation team to develop and execute against plan
  • Evaluate the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting steps needed to execute on account plans
  • Engage in targeted discovery-based sales processes to align solution, drive sales, and deliver business value.
  • Foster relationships within the account including Key Decision Makers and translate customer challenges and opportunities into business outcomes to grow business relationships with assigned customers
  • Work through organizations at all persona levels to seek sponsorship, including C-Level
  • Be financially astute, experienced in ROI sales methodologies, value selling and positioning value
  • Collaborate with the customer success teams on appropriate and complimentary sales motions for the renewal business
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at different levels within the targeted account either with or on the behalf of channel partners
  • Utilize tools and data available: SFDC, LinkedIn and internal data sources, to create target account contact lists
  • Utilize SFDC, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to improve your customer engagement cycle, generate engagement
  • Assist with key account renewals and seek opportunities for expansion

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of SAAS sales experience
  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e., TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling
  • Strong strategic account based prospecting skills, outbound hunter pipeline generation experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent sales cycles
  • Drive to improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, replicating best practice. as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
  • business fluency in English
  • interest in the manufacturing sector
  • Prior experience working with Product Development and Manufacturing software products is advantageous
