Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manage current desktop deployments on multiple domains at different security levels; work with colleagues to plan next-generation upgrades and replacements.

- Manage security patching & OS upgrades of Windows server/desktop enterprise IT systems.

- Manage daily configuration and operation of Windows Enterprise IT systems/servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DFS storage.

- Manage monitoring and problem resolution for workstation and server systems.

- Manage incident and problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution using ticketing systems.

- Manage escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers/teams.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

- Effective communicator with 5+ years' experience managing Windows systems and networks

- Knowledge in industry standard security patch management practices for Windows servers, W10 desktops, and 3rd party applications.

Must have experience configuring, operating, and maintaining the following tools on disconnected networks (no direct internet connection) to remediate vulnerabilities identified by Tenable Nessus scan results:

- WSUS - Trellix (McAfee) endpoint security for Windows clients

- PDQ for patch management of Windows third-party applications

- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory/GPO management and maintenance.

- Experience with Microsoft Exchange server management and maintenance.

- Experience with DISA STIG Hardening - Knowledge in Distributed File System (DFS) and traditional file servers, DNS & DHCP.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Hyper-V; install, configure, administer, convert & troubleshoot

- Knowledge in Windows 10 Enterprise; image, deploy, administer & troubleshoot Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate-Server (MCSA-Serv) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert-Server (MCSE-Serv) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience building and deploying physical and virtual Windows 2012-2019 Server Standard on multi-vendor platforms, including HP and Dell.

- Knowledge in RedHat Linux Server, especially in areas overlapping with Windows enterprise systems such as DNS & DCs/AD

- Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager administration and troubleshooting - Computer Technology Industry Association

- Network + (Network +); Computer Technology Industry Association

- Storage + (Storage +)

- Familiarity with RSA SecureID Soft tokens, RADIUS and TACACS+, and MS SharePoint Farm Administration

- Knowledge of MSSQL 2014-2019 administration
