• Program Milestone Management
  
  
  • Develop and maintain the master program schedule, ensuring all milestone dates across design, construction, leasing, and occupancy are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.
• Cross-Team Coordination and Dependency Resolution
  
  
  • Act as the central coordination point across design teams, engineering, construction management, leasing, property operations, and external stakeholders, proactively resolving dependencies and conflicts.
• Strategic Program Oversight
  
  
  • Set strategic direction, ensuring project execution aligns with long-term business objectives, market positioning, and executive stakeholder expectations.
• Overall Budget Oversight
  
  
  • Own and manage the master project budget, performing regular forecasting, monitoring overall expenditures, and implementing cost mitigation strategies to maintain financial control.
• Base Building and Compliance Management
  
  
  • Oversee the development of the core and shell/base building, ensuring adherence to quality standards, local building codes, regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and alignment with planned leasing and tenant operational needs.

• Risk & Issue Management
  
  
  • identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Project Assurance
  
  
  • including establishing executive level reporting and implementing quality management plans
