Atlassian has an exciting opening for a fully remote, full-time Senior Recruiter to join our Go To Market Talent Acquisition team! The team is comprised of junior, senior and principal full lifecycle recruiters. You will be brought in to continue to build out our experienced pre & post Sales and demand generation teams. This will be a key focus area of the business in FY26. In this position, you will report into the Recruiting Manager, APAC Business Recruiting.

• Full recruitment life cycle supporting Sales & Marketing openings. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing business being a true consultative partner. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.
• Be a subject matter expert in their domain and being a go to and mentor for other members of the team.
• Focus on market mapping, developing sourcing sourcing strategies, and long-term engagement with silver medalist candidates.
• Drive impactful projects and programs to continue to improve and evolve how we recruit and partner with the business

• You have 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.
• You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.
• You have experience closely partnering with the business and cross functional stakeholders within the People team (HR, Finance, Enablement).
• Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.

• Experience in tech sales recruiting preferred.
