Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $134,700 - $179,600
Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600
Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Own the execution of program initiatives with a focus on ensuring that the team is driving towards the best outcomes for our customers.
- Develop and maintain program plans, balance project schedules and provide regular updates and reports on project progress, dependencies and risks.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst internal stakeholders to drive decisions in order to advance program goals.
- Engage with cross functional teams to build positive and collaborative partnerships and ensure programs are operating and executing according to goals and needs.
- Work in a remote environment, interfacing and supporting Atlassian teams across the globe.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in program management in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an senior audience).
- Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs
- Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices
- Possess flexibility and have a history of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment.
