As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Teamwork Collection sales activation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy, enablement, and adoption of Teamwork Collection and its supporting solutions for the Enterprise segment.

You will work cross-functionally across teams in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success to deliver high-impact enablement programs, shape value-based messaging, and ensure our teams and customers are empowered to succeed. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with significant influence on Atlassian's growth and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with (2) sales activation focused product marketers to define and execute go-to-market strategies for Teamwork Collection initiatives and enablement programs.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning, translating product capabilities into differentiated customer-centric use cases, benefits, and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Map out the full customer journey (from lead generation thru closed-won) and build a plan to prioritize needed resources / gaps, which you will partner across Product Marketing to deliver.
  • Work closely with pre-sales teams (TWC specialists, SDRs, AEs, SEs) to ensure a tight feedback loop across Product and Core PMM, relaying customer and sales needs.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials such as trainings, sales demos, playbooks, and collateral for Atlassian sellers and partners.
  • Own and continually improve the sales narrative and enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Partner with Product, Field teams, and Marketing teams to align on priorities and drive adoption of the materials you create.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Teamwork Collection value, competitive landscape, and underlying solutionsable to represent the team in customer engagements.
  • Support ongoing initiatives, such as strategy for Teamwork Collection focused Customer Advisory Boards, as well as bi-annual win/loss initiatives.


  • Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration products, enterprise audiences, and sales enablement. Previous experience with bundled solutions is a plus!
  • Value-Based Solution Selling: Experience partnering across pre-sales roles to develop compelling value-based solution narratives to nurture sales pipeline across the customer journey. This includes creating pitch decks, demos, sales plays, ROI calcs, and content for enablement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills, with proficiency in presenting and storytelling.
  • Initiative: Action-oriented and proactive problem-solver. Thrives in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment.
  • Market Analysis: Experience with market analysis and competitive research in the project management or team collaboration space.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750

Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775

Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
