Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
This is a remote position. Our office is in Bengaluru, but we offer flexibility for eligible candidates to work remotely across India. Whatever your preference - working from home, an office, or in between - you can choose the place that's best for your work and your lifestyle.

The Atlassian Marketplace is a platform for Atlassian customers to discover and buy apps for Atlassian products. Apps can be used to customize and extend Atlassian products. The Marketplace offers apps developed by both Atlassian and third-party developers. It has been wildly successful: we surpassed $4 billion in lifetime revenue on the Atlassian Marketplace, and over 70% of Jira Software and Confluence customers use at least one Marketplace app. We are now moving towards the mission to enable every team to extend Atlassian products to unleash more potential. Atlassian Marketplace also empowers Marketplace partners to distribute and sell apps on the Marketplace and gather business insights about their apps. We are at a very exciting place right now with investments in Marketplace architecture that will help it scale alongside Atlassian's growing cloud business and power new features.
