As a Solutions Sales Executive for Jira Service Management (our internal title for this role), you:

• Lead new sales motions and co-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, partners, and sales to identify opportunities and develop tailored Atlassian solutions.
• Achieve Atlassian's solution sales goals while working with a globally distributed team.

In this role, you will also:

• Provide exceptional customer engagement ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience.
• Demonstrate the value of Atlassian products and services by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to drive revenue growth and maximize customer value within SMB territory.
• Assist customers with building a compelling business case to demonstrate the value and ROI of Atlassian products and services.
• Capture customer insights such as trends and paint points to help optimize product and marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Background

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of growing SMB or enterprise accounts.
• High-volume pipeline management across multiple channels (chat, phone, zoom, and email)
• Firsthand knowledge of selling in APAC
• High proficiency in English is essential
