About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and audience-obsessed Enablement News and Campaign Manager to design and drive just-in-time enablement programs, that span news and campaigns and webinars across our revenue-generating audiencesSales, Technical Sales, Partner Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Your mission is to deliver high-impact, role-relevant, and actionable just-in-time enablement that fuel awareness, alignment, and performance across Sales and Success audiences.

You will be responsible for developing and managing the news and campaign strategy and enablement modalities to ensure business critical information is in the hands of Sales and Success to support every customer interaction.

This is a hands-on, outcome-oriented position for someone who can think strategically, write and guide to clarity, and execute reliably at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Newsletter:

    • Own end-to-end execution of a centralized, bi-weekly audience-based newsletter: content curation, scheduling, publishing.
    • Develop and roll out intake processes, contributor guidelines, editorial calendars, and publishing workflows.
    • Prototype and test newsletter formats to continuously improve newsletter accessibility.
    • Define, track and report engagement metrics (open rates, clicks, feedback).
    • Drive internal education, awareness, and buy-in for contributors and field readiness leaders.
  • Establish News Governance:

    • Stand up news governance: content standards, submission SLAs, formatting/linking guides.
    • Define approval processes and support mechanisms for contributors.
    • Build a "single source of truth" hub (e.g., Confluence) for all audience-based news.
  • Audience Assessment & Planning:

    • Complete stakeholder interviews to capture voice of audience, needs, and preferences.
    • Audit existing news channels, overlaps, and pain points.
    • Develop a short- and long-term news and campaign strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Just-in-Time Enablement Strategy

    • Build and manage a role-based just-in-time enablement strategy and roadmap across Sales and Success teams.
    • Tailor news and campaigns by audience segment: who needs to know what, why, and when.
    • Lead editorial planning in sync with product updates, enablement programs, and strategic initiatives to ensure we include in the just-in-time enablement strategy.
  • Drive Contributor Enablement

    • Onboard and coach news providers across functions on message clarity, structure, and audience fit.
    • Deliver templates, best practices, office hours, and self-service tools to support contributor success.
  • Govern & Optimize

    • Maintain content quality through strong governance frameworks and regular reviews.
    • Launch and refine a metrics dashboard to track engagement, audience reach, and feedback.
    • Facilitate quarterly retrospectives to optimize content, cadence, and performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally

    • Work across marketing, product, RevOps, enablement, knowledge management and field leaders to streamline comms and reduce noise.
    • Partner in campaigns to align messaging across Sales and Success teams.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $152,100 - $198,575
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $126,900 - $165,675

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
