We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the Loom cross-sell initiative on Atlassian's Growth Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how millions of Atlassian users discover and adopt Loom, seamlessly integrating asynchronous video messaging into their existing workflows.

Your mission: help customers in the Atlassian ecosystem discover, adopt, and unlock the value of Loom. You'll drive product experiences that surface Loom in contextually relevant ways, guide customers through their first experiences, and demonstrate how Loom enhances collaboration across Jira and Confluence.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for cross-selling Loom to Atlassian customersfrom discovery to activation.
• Identify high-leverage integration points between Loom and Atlassian products to surface video messaging in the user journey at just the right moments.
• Define, launch, and iterate on growth experiments (e.g., top of funnel entry points, activation flows communicating key value props, in-product prompts) that drive Loom signups and usage within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Develop a deep understanding of user segments, personas, and use cases to ensure Loom is positioned as an intuitive complement to Atlassian workflows.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure cross-sell impact, customer engagement, and retention.
