Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

As the Design Ops Lead Tooling & Enablement, you play a pivotal role in supporting the acceleration of productivity with AI and best-in-class Design tools. You drive initiatives that make it easy for designers to access the tools, resources, and operational support they needwhether that's optimising workflows, providing clear guides and self-serve resources, managing research tools, or acting as the "front door" for operational enablement. You proactively identify opportunities to enable efficiency through automation and the use of AI, partnering with others to implement solutions and measure their impact. By removing barriers and enabling the adoption of new processes and tooling, you enable designers to focus on their craft, collaborate effectively, and work more efficiently.
