Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.

Within Customer Supply Chain department, Upgrades & Install is responsible for planning and outbound execution of machines, upgrades, spares and tools to local warehouses and customer fabs.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Supply Chain Event Coordinator for DUV Upgrades & Installs, you will ensure successful delivery of all supply-chain requirements for upgrade and installation events in the region. You will contribute to the project team to ensure that the high-tech materials and modules are delivered on-time, on-spec and at the right quality at the customer site. You will meet the delivery requirements that have been agreed with the customers and ASMLs engineering team. In between install and upgrade events: you will initiate and drive continuous improvement to optimize supply chain costs.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Developing, driving and executing Demand & Supply planning to ensure on-time and complete material-availability at the customer site against norms.
  • Driving competence and standardization within the Customer Supply Chain roadmap for DUV Upgrades & Installs.
  • Managing critical stakeholders: Project-leads, Engineering-teams and Account teams.
  • Development of an operational plan to support install or upgrade in the field material demand & supply, manpower and resources, local constraints and infrastructure.
  • Execution of the plan and driving, monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance KPI's with all stakeholders. Identifying, initiating & driving improvements.
  • Working closely together with 3PL & In-Fab Logistics team to manage all material-flows to, from and inside customer-factory.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering); or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement. In a large international company, preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Proven record working on continuous improvement-projects.
  • Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) knowledge.

Other Information
  • Role can be located in Austin, TX, Hillsboro, OR or Phoenix, AZ.
  • This position reports to the CSCM UIR DUV Manager.
  • Travel required (Domestic/International) approximately 20%.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
