As a Production Engineering Project Lead at ASML, you'll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge lithography systems to life. As a Production Engineering Project Lead, you'll guide engineering teams through complex production challenges and ensure readiness for volume manufacturing. You'll collaborate across departments to drive solutions and deliver results including the following below.

  • Lead end-to-end production engineering projects within the Wilton Factory.
  • Coordinate with design, logistics, finance, and other teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Track key deliverables and report progress to senior management.
  • Align output schedules across departments to meet production goals.
  • Support financial forecasting and capital planning for production needs.
  • Provide input to new designs based on lessons learned and cross-functional feedback.
  • Influence design for manufacturability and process flow optimization.
  • Analyze cycle times and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define manufacturing requirements and readiness plans for new product introductions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement industrialization strategies for pilot and volume production.

Education and Experience: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing high-tech, complex products.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading engineering or production projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production planning tools.

- Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Work under ISO 9000/14000 standards.
- The cleanroom environment has moderate temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
- Work around lasers, ladders, platforms, and chemicals.
