We're looking for aModule Production Engineerwith a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a tangible impact on next-generation technology.
What You'll Do
As a Module Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in:
- Industrializing new systemsby collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Driving improvements inavailability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.
- Troubleshooting production issues and developing actionable solutions.
- Supporting thedesign and validationof engineering solutions.
- Leadingprocess improvement initiativesand reducing cycle time.
- Reviewing supplier failure analysis reports and validating root causes.
- Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.
- Managing technical uncertainties and developing creative solutions.
- Owning customer issues and delivering targeted resolutions.
- Designing sub-modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degreein engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or
- Master's degreein engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in acleanroom environmentunder ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).
- Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.
- Occasional campus movement and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Moderate temperature and noise levels.
- Travel may be required based on business needs.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
