Job Description:
The Foreign Trade Zone Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and compliance activities of the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) program. This role involves interacting with various business functions such as Warehousing, Logistics, sourcing and third party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth and efficient Foreign Trade Zone operations.
Role and responsibilities
- Manage the logistical, administrative and compliance activities of the Foreign Trade Zone program together with a team of Foreign Trade Zone coordinators and inventory controller.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of entries to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- Coordinate with cross-sector departments (P&D, manufacturing, engineering & sourcing and Tax & Customs) to optimize & support Foreign Trade Zone operations.
- Prepare and perform audits and inventory control reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Zone regulations.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet daily deadlines.
- Lead, develop & grow team of employees
- Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, tax / customs or related field is required
- 7+ years of logistics or materials management experience in an Foreign Trade Zone environment
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience with SAP, a plus
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels within the organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.

- The ability to lead cross-functional teams is critical to performing the job.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. ยง 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
