Factory Logistics Coordinator

Introduction to the job

As the EUV Factory Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for resolving daily logistics escalations, which may be resulting from line downs, 3PLUS service tickets, and other priority activities. This role is also intended to support coordination and logistics of shipments to field, factory, and warehouse.

Role and responsibilities

  • Serves as the point of contact for escalations by following up on daily priorities and urgent matters with internal customers
  • Provides regular updates to management to highlight accomplishments, risks/issues, help needed and overall progress with daily escalations.
  • Supports coordination and logistics of system module shipments.
  • Troubleshoots logistics issues amongst cross functional departments associated with demand, quality or delivery
  • Investigates and resolves transactional errors in SAP and associated logistics planning tools
  • Collaborates with multiple departments to minimize financial and production impacts
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant reporting (KPI's) for data analysis

Education and experience
  • Requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum ofthree (3) years of experience in a logistics and/or warehouse field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task and handle multiple priorities as needed.
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.
  • Experience with stock management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum ofsix (3) years of experience in a logistics and/or warehouse field is required. Requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Can we be more specific: Must be willing to lift up to 20 pounds, pull 20 pounds at least once a day and spend the majority of time (greater than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking three to five miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for nine hours.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:
$24.88-41.47
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
