Responsibilities

Manage clinical operations across assigned areas to ensure meeting performance metrics and other
operational initiatives.

• Manage operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Measures effectiveness and takes
  steps to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives from data analytics, trends and
  other findings that drive performance and goal achievement.
• Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification, resolution, cost containment issues,
  implementation of new clinical services and systems/performance measures.
• Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
  leadership experience required.
