As a key member of our Paid Media team within Brand & Advertising, you’ll manage regional execution of international paid media strategy — with a focus on driving high-quality lead generation and self-serve acquisition across EMEA and supporting in APJ. You’ll work in close partnership with global campaign leads, field marketing, and our media agency to drive measurable impact through cross-channel campaigns tailored to regional needs.

This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you’re interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to support B2B lead generation and product-led growth across EMEA as part of the international media team and aligned to global strategy.
  • Own and optimize paid lead gen programs across key digital channels including paid social, content syndication, and search — developing integrated campaigns that connect to segment-specific buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Data Science to measure and optimize program performance across key stages of the funnel from lead through to pipeline and ROI.
  • Partner with global campaign and creative teams to localize messaging, targeting, and asset strategy for international markets.
  • Manage execution through our global agency structure, providing clear direction and accountability for delivery and performance.
  • Contribute to regional campaign planning and insight sharing, ensuring integrated execution across marketing functions.
  • Champion best practices in B2B lead generation and paid acquisition, contributing to the evolution of Asana’s performance media strategy and capabilities.

About You:

  • 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social, content syndication, and B2B user journeys. Capable of developing integrated marketing strategies to reach out key audiences across markets.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns using Salesforce and Marketo (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
  • Experience working across multiple nuanced markets with global cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners
  • Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in measurement, performance analytics, and optimizing for incremental results.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator who can translate media insights into clear recommendations for Campaigns, Content, Creative, and Sales teams.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to manage multiple functions and thrive in a fast paced environment and when faced with ambiguity.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline contribution, business growth, and continuous optimization.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €93,000-106,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
